The meaning behind the shirt

He is coming back, but with a different agenda this time
Jesus came the first time to preach the good news to all who would hear it... and then to die for the sin of the world. His promise was to return, but when He returns, it will not be to preach to the lost again as some presume, but rather to claim the kingdom He died for. His return will not as the meek and mild lamb, but as “The Lion of the tribe of Judah” (Revelation 5:5). This passage shows Jesus coming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war.
~Revelation 19:11
Gentle Jesus, meek and mild
Many have only considered Jesus in these terms: "gentle Jesus, meek and mild" (as the old hymn goes). To be sure, this was His nature when He came to earth the first time, but He was also clear that a day of wrath was coming. The Bible teaches that Jesus will return to claim that which belongs to Him (the faithful) and then to execute God's judgment; thus He is correctly titled "King of Kings and Lord of Lords".
“And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."
~Revelation 19:16
Symbolism in the shirt
The symbolism is right out of Revelation 19:11-16: I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.
